1) This page provides information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on the Cased in Time website.
These Terms will apply to any contract between us and you (the purchaser)
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
Cased in Time reserve the right to make amendments to these terms at any time. Please ensure to check an up to date version of our terms and conditions before entering into a contract with us.
If our terms change during a contract with Cased In Time, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise of these changes.
2) Your Personal Information
In accordance with current privacy guidelines, Case In Time will not share your personal information with any other company or individual, or use your personal information for marketing purposes, research or for any other reason without prior consent.
Cased In Time will take responsibility of your purchased items until physical delivery has been carried out.
Ownership of the Goods will pass to you once we have received payment in full for the Goods.
Where packages are signed for, it is your responsibility to advise the delivery attendant of the damage.
Goods must be fully inspected immediately after delivery, and any discrepancies must be reported to Cased In Time by email (email@example.com) within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should give full details of any damage or inconsistency including photographic evidence where possible.
If you wish to claim that any of the Goods are delivered damaged or faulty, you are required to give notice of the damage/fault and return the Goods, including all paperwork, boxes, accessories user manual and service papers, within 14 days of delivery, failing which the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered undamaged and in good working condition.
Once returned, if on inspection, and provided you meet the return requirements mentioned above, the Goods are found to be faulty, we will either: agree to replace the Goods, repair them, or refund you for them, in part or in full.
We will make reasonable deductions for any wear and tear the Goods may have suffered whilst they were in your care. Paperwork has a significant impact on resale value and the sum repaid may be reduced by up to 30% if the paperwork is missing or damaged.
Return postage, packaging and insurance are your responsibility, though we will assist in the process where possible.
4) Shipping (National and International)
National Delivery (UK)
Cased In Time are pleased to offer insured, 48 hour, free of charge delivery within the UK on all items within the shop ordered by 2pm Mon-Friday. Items order Saturday and Sunday may achieve 2-3 day delivery.
Please note that deliveries to Highlands and Islands addresses may incur delays to the regular service.
Additional shipment costs will be incurred. For international shipments we advise that you make contact prior to confirming your order to allow time to arrange the appropriate shipping method and agree shipment costs. On order completion for delivery outside the UK, Cased In Time will contact the consumer and from that point, hold the item for 24 hours until carriage costs have been agreed. At this point, a link will be sent with the additional carriage cost to be paid.
Any import duties or taxes incurred through shipment will be the sole responsibility of the consumer.
